HRIS and Learning and Development Administrator
(6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

The salary scale for this role is €37,927 - €58,532

Purpose

In this role, you will support the implementation of a new HRIS and the development of the learning and development function for the organisation, unlocking efficiencies and assisting in capability building.
What you’ll do
Develop, document and map HR process requirements for the new HRIS in key HR areas and complete the new service provider process templates, supporting the mapping and configuration of the new HRI system.
Become proficient in the new HRIS and an expert user, understanding the importance of positive employee experience, facilitate the flow of information, sharing knowledge on HR policies and play a key information provider role within the project team, for the HR function and staff.
Develop HRIS Manager and staff training sessions, materials suitable for all generations i.e., presentations, digitised, online learning and blended learning sessions. Organise and co-ordinate learning programme for all staff, head office and overseas specific locations.
Support the HR Executive in the data review, data collation and data cleansing stages in preparation for the data migration to the new system and meeting organisation.
As an expert user work with the system vendor to configure the new system to meet the organisations requirements as outlined in the agreed project terms and statement of work.
Build and configure reports to meet the organisations reporting requirements, ie working time act, Department of Agriculture workforce planning reports, ECF monitoring and leaves.
Support the HR Director in the alignment of the HRIS with the organisations learning and development requirements.
Raise purchase orders and administer budgets in accordance with One Bord Bia procedures.
Adhere to the One Bord Bia Operating Model.
