The salary scale for this role is € 53,566 - €73,492

In this role you will manage the collection of sustainability data that enables Bord Bia to develop and support claims and proof points around the sustainability of Irish food and drink, and demonstrate to the industry that the sustainability of Irish dairy and beef is continuously improving.


What you’ll do


1.   Coordinate the collection, integration, validation and quality of sustainability data across the Bord Bia Assurance Schemes and Origin Green Programme.

2 Develop reports, dashboards and analytical insights that transform complex sustainability data into meaningful information for stakeholders and support evidence-based decision making.

3 Contribute to the development and enhancement of sustainable reporting methodologies and sustainability data solutions that support the Bord Bia Assurance Schemes and Origin Green Programme.

4. Analyse business processes, data flows and reporting requirements across the Bord Bia Assurance Schemes and Origin Green Programme, identifying opportunities to improve data quality, reporting capabilities and system effectiveness.

5. Work with technical teams and service providers to support the implementation of reporting, data and system enhancements that enhance the Bord Bia Assurance Schemes and Origin Green Programme outcomes.

6. Coordinate workstreams within AgNav and other sustainability initiatives that support the Bord Bia Quality

Assurance Schemes and Origin Green Programme.

7. Present sustainability data, analytical insights and reporting outputs to internal and external stakeholders and provide subject matter expertise on sustainability data and reporting.

8. Manage assigned budgets and support compliance with GDPR, data governance and Bord Bia control procedures.

9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of Bord Bia standards, policies and governance frameworks across sustainability data and reporting activities.



About You



Essential Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities


Knowledge:

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.

Experience analysing and interpreting complex datasets to generate insights, identify trends and support decision making.

Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements to deliver reporting, analytical and data solutions.

Experience developing reports, dashboards, data visualisations and benchmarking outputs for a range of stakeholders.


Skills & Capabilities:

A quality-driven, detail orientated completer who consistently follows through on commitments.

An ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders and an ability to prioritise competing projects to deliver data, reporting or systems related initiatives.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills. With the ability to explain complex technical or analytical concepts to a non-technical audience.
